Thanks to your good grasp and thirst for knowledge, you are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies. You are a reliable, organized project manager with a strong focus on quality, an independent and meticulous way of working and a creative approach to finding solutions. As a relationship-oriented person, you find it easy to communicate with customers, partners and employees at eye level. Furthermore, you are characterized by analytical thinking and an intuitive approach to IT systems.
Additionally, you have a university degree in the field of business, business intelligence, or project management — or a technical education in the field of software development — paired with several years of experience in consulting. Ideally, you already have sound professional experience in the implementation of marketing support systems and/or enterprise software (e.g., content management systems, CRM, marketing automation systems). Your knowledge of German and English is business-fluent.
Laura is our HR Manager and has been working with gateB for many years. Together with her team, she is responsible for the entire employment lifecycle. Simultaneously, she acts as the point of contact for all concerns relating to human resources. With a lot of heart and soul, she takes care of the well-being of gateB employees and, in doing so, significantly contributes to gateB’s success.
